Many interested visitors were present when on sunday, 3rd of march, the project exhibition was opened in the museum of local history „Eiskeller Diersfordt“ by Renate Quast, deputy chairwoman of Heimatverein Herrlichkeit Diersfordt. Klaus Kretschmer of Biologische Station Wesel explained background and aims of the Life project „Acidophilous oak forests with moors and heaths“. Afterwards, the representative of Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz, Michael Herbrecht, was at the visitors´disposal to respond to their questions. The artist and patron of the project, Christoph Koch, enjoyed the guests´ great advertence to his paintings which where also on display in the museum.
The exhibition will be opened until 16th of june on sundays between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
