On 15th of November, a group of voluntary landscape guards were informed about the project. Wilhelm Itjeshorst, a competent staff member of Biologische Station, reported about the characteristics of the habitat on location of Diersfordt Forest. The volunteers were impressed by the unique forest.
Wilhelm Itjeshorst provided the visitors with basic information on this important nature reserve. With an area of 700 hectares, Diersfordt Forest is a protected landscape of european significance.
